This role is for a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Electronic Warfare Systems, responsible for guiding the Systems Engineering Integration & Test teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures to evaluate Electronic Warfare system performance.
  • Create detailed test documentation for the verification and acceptance of components, subsystems, and systems.
  • Design test configurations for both laboratory and field environments.
  • Collaborate with various disciplines to create Special Test Equipment for Subsystems/Systems Integration and Testing.
  • Plan and execute Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) activities as the technical lead for multidisciplinary Integration and Test teams.
  • Conduct in-house and off-site testing for system demonstrations and validation.
  • Present findings to senior program management and engineering leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in Electronic Warfare/Radar systems integration, verification, and validation.
  • Experience in preparing system/subsystem test documentation, including plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Flight Test experience is essential.
  • An active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is mandatory prior to starting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in drafting requirements for Electronic Warfare/Radar system test events.
  • Leadership experience in developing system test equipment and special test equipment.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting, testing, and integrating Electronic Warfare/Radar system test equipment.
  • Experience in modeling the performance of Electronic Warfare/Radar systems.
  • Knowledge of millimeter and microwave RF at both system and module levels.
  • Experience integrating mixed signal modules into higher assemblies.
  • Understanding of security requirements related to government testing.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management and Cost Account Management.
  • Familiarity with requirements tracking tools such as DOORS.
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture), particularly using SysML.
