Senior Systems Engineering Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Manager to lead technical initiatives within our multi-disciplinary teams. This role involves guiding the development of innovative system prototypes and overseeing a diverse range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze system requirements derived from client-provided information and reference scenarios.
- Establish technical performance metrics for system architectures aimed at addressing emerging complex threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop prototype systems.
- Contribute to team objectives by providing solutions to intricate technical challenges, including system design decisions, trade studies, requirements allocation, and verification methods.
- Create test plans and procedures to evaluate the performance of electronic warfare systems.
- Design test configurations for both laboratory and field environments.
- Conduct system demonstration activities and present findings to senior leadership.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of ten years of experience in systems engineering, particularly in electronic warfare or radar programs.
- Proven experience in delivering technical presentations to subcontractors, executives, and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-product teams in resolving complex technical issues within a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience in planning and executing electronic warfare/radar systems integration, verification, and validation activities.
- Familiarity with preparing system and subsystem test documentation.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to access U.S.-only data systems.
- Capability to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) within a specified timeframe.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in business development for prototype system programs.
- Over eight years of expertise in millimeter and microwave RF design, as well as digital signal processing.
- Background in writing requirements for electronic warfare/radar system test equipment.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management and Cost Account Management.
- Experience with requirements tracking tools.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with a recent investigation.
