Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily production of a diverse range of dessert offerings, including pastries, viennoiserie, and cakes.
  • Support kitchen operations by maintaining organization and cleanliness in storage areas and workspaces.
  • Contribute to menu innovation through recipe testing and development.
  • Conduct daily quality assessments of all pastry items.
  • Manage inventory by accepting deliveries and maintaining accurate ordering lists.
  • Utilize kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all operational protocols.
  • Participate in mandatory culinary training and uphold all safety standards.
  • Adapt to changes in the kitchen environment and follow instructions effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with state health and sanitation regulations.
