Our bakery prides itself on offering an exquisite menu crafted with seasonal ingredients, featuring a variety of individual desserts, baked goods, and specialty cakes that are unique to the Tampa Bay region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily production of a diverse range of dessert offerings, including pastries, viennoiserie, and cakes.
- Support kitchen operations by maintaining organization and cleanliness in storage areas and workspaces.
- Contribute to menu innovation through recipe testing and development.
- Conduct daily quality assessments of all pastry items.
- Manage inventory by accepting deliveries and maintaining accurate ordering lists.
- Utilize kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all operational protocols.
- Participate in mandatory culinary training and uphold all safety standards.
- Adapt to changes in the kitchen environment and follow instructions effectively.
- Ensure compliance with state health and sanitation regulations.
- Verify that all pastry dishes meet established quality, presentation, and temperature standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Inspect all components of dishes for quality assurance during service.
- Taste and evaluate products to ensure they meet company standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of culinary school is preferred.
