Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Emergency Nurse to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a Pediatric Emergency Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to children and families in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to children and families in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pediatric emergency nursing practices and evidence-based guidelines.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
