Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience at the venue.
- Serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in a responsible and efficient manner.
- Manage cash transactions accurately, handling customer payments and making change as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
- Upsell products and services to guests, promoting the venue's offerings.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including setup and breakdown of bar equipment.
Requirements
- 6 months or more experience in a bartending or mixology role.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed with a team-oriented mindset.

The Centene Community Ice Center is a state-of-the-art facility designed for hockey programming, featuring three sheets of ice year-round and an outdoor rink for winter months. The Saint Louis Music Park is a 4,500-seat outdoor venue hosting concerts, festivals, and local markets.
