Asset Liability Management Senior Associate

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Asset Liability Management Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Liability Management - Balance Sheet Analytics organization, you will be responsible for understanding the value and interest rate risk exposure of PNC's balance sheet.
Responsibilities:- Maintain an accurate representation of products on the firm's balance sheet, utilizing Asset Liability Management modeling software to ensure different components are loaded, represented, and modeled appropriately.
- Perform monthly analysis of Economic Value of Equity and Duration of Equity under various assumed interest rate environments.
- Assist in the ongoing maintenance of financial and behavioral models.
- Maintain documentation for various models and perform model performance monitoring.
- Participate in development and testing of deposit rate and balance runoff models.
- Ad hoc development and maintenance of reporting.
- Lead financial analysis, conduct research, and prepare reports, performing due diligence and statistical analysis related to the balance sheet.
- Participate in stress testing efforts.
- Based on own discretion, research and collect information for PNC's balance sheet.
- Review and present risk analytics/stress testing material, including documentation and templates, to senior team members for federal submission.
- Review and analyze data for modeling activities, reconcile, and perform quality review of data, and may be responsible for model development.
- Partner with lines of business to understand specific line items of PNC's balance sheet and income statement.
- Bachelor's degree with a financial, technical, or quantitative focus strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years of related professional experience (finance, data analytics, etc.) required.
- Familiarity with financial and accounting concepts preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and SQL skills preferred, with significant programming experience desired.
- Experience with Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) software a plus but not required.
