Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to supervise the distribution functions at our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and managing supply chain logistics
  • Providing guidance and training to hourly employees to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating team performance to identify areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in distribution, logistics, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of management experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively
