Job Description

At Mill, we're on a mission to prevent waste and create a better environment for all. As a Marketing Manager, Local, you'll play a crucial role in fueling our local marketing campaigns, events, and channels during an exciting period of growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage local campaigns, working across our Marketing and product functions to define the Mill buyer journey end-to-end.
  • Partner with field sales to own Mill's local events strategy & calendar, identifying opportunities to scale nationally.
  • Drive creative briefing, providing our design team with high-quality creative briefs that guide and inform our creative team about the creative assets needed to fuel our marketing programs.
  • Develop partner marketing assets, collaborating with sales and business operations teams to create collateral that facilitates our selling motions.
  • Project Manage, ensuring campaigns and programs operate on time and stakeholders are managed to the timely delivery of key deliverables.
  • Apply learnings forward to drive growth, partnering with channel leads to understand key drivers of performance and apply them to future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in consumer marketing.
  • Experience managing briefs and campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
  • Fluency in common collaboration and project management tools, such as Google Suite, Excel, Coda / Notion.

What We Offer:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $126k to $167k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs.
