Radiation Therapist Job Description

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join their team in Fairfax, Virginia.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Provide basic activities of daily living nursing care, including bathing and feeding, and measurement of vital signs and intake/output.
  • Demonstrate competency in all required clinical skills and technologies in accordance with Inova Health System policies and procedures.
  • Complete assigned patient duties within the established time frame.
  • Communicate changes in patient status to the Registered Nurse in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.
