Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Ridgeview Place in Spokane Valley, WA. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan
  • Promote residents' independence and encourage participation in community activities
  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Administer medications as needed, in accordance with state regulations
  • Participate in community events and activities, and encourage residents to attend
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experienced Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • High School Diploma or GED, or 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation
