Senior Quality Manager

Kane Partners LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve our ISO9001 and AS9100D certifications, leading internal and external audits to assess compliance and drive corrective measures as needed.
  • Review and validate quality-related requirements associated with customer Purchase Orders and contracts.
  • Ensure proper testing and inspection methods are employed, adhering to MIL-Spec or applicable industry standards.
  • Oversee Incoming, In-Process, and Finished Goods inspection personnel, criteria, standards, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain standards for Supplier quality, including supplier performance scorecards, Certificates of Compliance, and acceptable supplier performance metrics.
  • Prepare or oversee preparation of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
  • Perform root cause analysis of customer or internally identified failures, using analysis techniques.
  • Serve as a coach, mentor, and motivator, facilitating a culture of winning and celebration of achievements.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales teams to achieve common goals and objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction.
