Position Overview: The Ticketing Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in the development, management, and execution of all ticketed events at AEG venues. As key contributors to the Ticket Operations team, Ticketing Operations Coordinators collaborate to establish and oversee the ticketing framework that drives revenue through season, group, and individual ticket sales, as well as special events and concerts. This role requires close cooperation with various departments, particularly Ticket Sales & Services, to meet all ticketing requirements effectively. Responsibilities include ticket sales, customer support, system training, event preparation, report generation, event reconciliation, and managing gameday staff while fostering relationships with external vendors. The Ticketing Operations Coordinator provides essential support to patrons on event days, addressing any ticketing and service-related inquiries promptly and in alignment with AEG's core values and policies. They ensure adherence to ticket office protocols through comprehensive training, preparation, and leadership. This position focuses on Ticket Sales & Service, System Maintenance, Integration & Support, Finance, Box Office, and Special Events, reporting directly to the Director of Ticket Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ticket holders before, during, and after events.
  • Develop and manage season, group, and individual game ticket offers.
  • Assist in creating and implementing online ticketing promotions and initiatives.
  • Monitor ticket and parking inventory to optimize sales and usage reporting.
  • Work with team members to enhance interdepartmental policies and procedures.
  • Engage with customers regularly to resolve ticketing inquiries.
  • Utilize CRM tools to support Ticket Sales & Service in fulfilling ticket requests.
  • Proof and create all events, pricing, discounts, and promotions within the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for ticket sales and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with sponsors for ticket printing, distribution, and management.
  • Generate reports on promotions, sales, and inventory.
  • Conduct over-the-counter sales and manage will call for walk-up patrons.
  • Print and deliver tickets through the designated ticketing app.
  • Assist in training new users on the ticketing system.
  • Maximize the use of technologies including ProVenue, Salesforce, and others.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure system integration.
  • Support the fulfillment of complimentary ticket requests as directed.
  • Perform administrative functions on the ticketing platform.
  • Review payment reports with finance departments.
  • Supervise seasonal ticket selling staff closeout.
  • Reconcile cash and payment methods, preparing nightly deposits.
  • Build internal and external relationships to enhance departmental operations.
  • Assist with Spring Training ticketing functions as needed.
  • Maintain organized box office and storage areas throughout the season.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and record maintenance.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to improving Ticket Operations efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Ticket Operations and box office functions.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with computerized ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Prior cash handling experience is required.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ProVenue is strongly preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management.
