General administration and support of Connectwise Manage.

Advanced operations and optimization of Kaseya VSA.

Configuration and optimization of networks, including SDWAN, WAN services, VLANs, QoS, switches, and WiFi.

Installation and support of network devices, including switches, routers, and wireless equipment.

Coordination of remote and onsite support for various IT equipment.

Technical support for end-users, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Maintenance of service documentation and real-time ticket management.
