About This Role:

Kansas State University is seeking a highly organized and inventive Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to lead our campus visits and student engagement initiatives. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented event planner with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and coordinate on-campus and virtual visit experiences and special events.
  • Collaborate with faculty, current students, and staff to track and analyze feedback to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
  • Guide applicants through the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Represent K-State at graduate fairs, conferences, and virtual events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated success working independently as well as in a team environment.
