Data Transfer Specialist

At Affiliated Monitoring Inc, we are seeking a skilled Transfer Data Coordinator to join our team. This critical role is instrumental in analyzing and processing data for new business conversions for life safety monitoring.
The successful candidate will be interpreting and implementing data from partners ranging from nationally recognized security, PERS and IoT providers to unique technology startups.
This position requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs in-depth data analysis, data-mining, data importing, data entry, and report generation
- Validating, transferring, and reconciling data from various platforms
- Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Works with other teams to gather and understand reporting/data requirements and delivers reporting/data requests in a timely fashion
- Coordinates and prioritizes tasks with senior team members and manager
- Works with the client-facing Onboarding/Implementation team to successfully transition new B2B partners
- Conducts post import analysis/QA
- Collaborate within our organization to provide the best partner experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics or similar preferred
- Experience in MS Excel is required, preferably cleaning and transforming large volumes of data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment while managing shifting priorities
