About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Development Lead to join our Server Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading hardware product development programs and operational reviews in a highly cross-functional environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead hardware product development programs and operational reviews in a highly cross-functional environment
  • Provide leadership in the application of new technologies to large scale server deployments
  • Work closely with customers to understand their short and long term business goals and product needs
  • Responsible for the delivery of platforms through driving and coordinating the efforts of an interdisciplinary team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • Strong knowledge of compute or storage server architecture and design for large scale applications
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience working with overseas CM/OEM/ODM vendors in product development
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional program with considerable business impact

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
