  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Hotel Standards: Maintain the highest standards of hotel operations, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year experience in a similar position, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, with some college preferred.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
