The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Process Engineering Intern to join our Refinery C team for summer 2025. As a Process Engineering Intern, you'll work closely with our Department Leader to drive various projects within our Manufacturing Plant. Your primary focus will be on improving performance in energy, chemicals, product yields, and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in process engineering projects to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Learn and apply process knowledge to drive project success
  • Contribute to engineering studies, designs, and justifications to support Operations goals
  • Analyze historical data to troubleshoot and meet costs or production goals
Requirements
  • Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in engineering (Chemical or Mechanical)
  • No previous experience required, but a results-driven mindset and natural curiosity are essential
  • Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically data analysis tools like Excel
