Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team at Pixelle Specialty Solutions. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our paper mill, working closely with our production team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Assist in the operation of paper machines, shipping, and other production areas
  • Perform tasks such as moving raw materials, operating hand trucks, and using overhead cranes
  • Work in extremely hot areas and around high-speed moving equipment
  • Perform basic math and data entry
  • Assist with cleaning up lost paper/product generated by machines and recycle back into the process

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D required
  • 1+ years related experience in production; manufacturing industry preferred
  • Problem solving skills
  • Mechanical ability
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
