We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Supervisor Oncology RN to join our team at AdventHealth. As a key member of our research operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the conduct of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials in accordance with trial protocols, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Study Coordination: Provide oversight of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop clinical research staff, including mentoring and performance management.
- Operations Management: Collaborate with Core Managers to schedule clinical operations, ensuring efficient initiation and completion of clinical research studies.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clinical research operations teams, ensuring adherence to AHRI processes and procedures.
- Communication: Interface with AHRI Cores and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associates degree in Nursing with relevant experience.
- Certification: Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience or 4 years of experience with a relevant degree.
- Licensure: Current, active State of Florida Nursing License and BLS certification.
