Job Summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Clinical Research Supervisor to oversee the conduct of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials in accordance with trial protocols, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
  • Supervise and train clinical study coordinators and research staff in the conduct of clinical research.
  • Collaborate with AHRI Managers and Leaders to facilitate the initiation and completion of clinical research studies.
  • Manage all duties necessary for effective and compliant clinical research study coordination, including planning, organizing, and managing activities related to clinical research operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize workflow and scheduling for clinical operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and two (2) years of clinical research experience or Associates degree in Nursing and four (4) years of clinical research experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field and five (5) years of clinical research experience with increasing people management responsibilities.
  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) certification preferred.
