Clinical Research Supervisor

The Clinical Research Supervisor serves the Institute by overseeing the conduct of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials in accordance with trial protocols, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines. This role involves close collaboration with Managers and Leaders to facilitate the initiation through completion of clinical research studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Talent Acquisition process, including applicant review and selection, team development, and performance management of research team members.
- Supervise the daily activities of the clinical research team, including oversight of team productivity and maintenance of staffing schedules.
- Ensure the delivery of safe care with dignity and respect for all patients/participants.
- Act as a service line expert and resource for the research team, addressing barriers during operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and safety of clinical operations.
- Build and maintain supportive relationships with team members through regular connections.
- Collaborate with operations manager, study intake, research services, and external partners to ensure timely study start-up and smooth transitions.
- Work with Operations Managers and Clinical Leaders to optimize workflow and scheduling in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of clinical research operations and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
