Job Title: National Claims Supervisor

The National Claims Supervisor is a key role within the CorVel Corporation, responsible for overseeing a team of claims professionals to ensure the highest level of quality, productivity, and customer service. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of claims professionals to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the claims manager to identify and address any issues or concerns within the team.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to claims staff on complex claims issues and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management, with a strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of claims professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex claims issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
