Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a dedicated Couples/Family Therapist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of diverse populations. The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field
  • Hold a valid Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
  • Have experience in conducting psychosocial assessments and treatment planning
  • Exhibit strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate comfort in working with a diverse clientele

Key Responsibilities
As a Couples/Family Therapist, you will:

  • Provide therapeutic services to couples, families, and groups
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance client care
  • Utilize innovative interventions to help clients achieve their goals

Preferred Qualifications
