Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our Servicing Department. The ideal candidate will have a service background and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process insurance applications and collaborate with Account Executives to prepare summaries and proposals.
  • Document conversations with clients and carrier personnel in our agency management system.
  • Assist Risk Management team in assembling analysis and supporting documents.
Requirements
  • Proficient with computers and standard Microsoft software packages.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Michigan/Illinois Property & Casualty license or ability to pass the exam within 30 days of hire.
