Electronics Restoration Specialist

We are a disaster restoration company specializing in the restoration of consumer electronics and appliances. Our team guides clients through the protection and restoration of their valuable possessions. We have an opening for an Electronics Restoration Specialist to join our team-oriented environment.

The Electronics Restoration Specialist will perform restoration on various electronics and appliances. Additionally, each specialist will be certified to drive the company vehicle by taking the DOT physical, allowing them to pick up and deliver electronics and appliances.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • On-site evaluation of damaged electronics from insurance claims involving fire, water, or lightning strike damage.
  • Inventory, remove, and transport electronics and appliances from the insured's home/business.
  • Disassemble and evaluate electronics to be cleaned, serviced, and/or repaired.
  • Test, clean, restore, and reassemble electronics to their pre-loss condition.
  • Deliver and reinstall appliances and consumer electronics within the insured home or business.

Requirements:

  • Able to interact positively and empathetically with customers in their own homes.
  • Treats customers' property, homes, and workplaces with great care.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Safely drive company vehicles to the job site.
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Exhibit a professional, neat, and clean appearance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic PC and iPad operations.
  • Strengths in multi-tasking and prioritizing.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness and ability to work in difficult conditions of a damaged home or business.
  • Ability to complete work that is sometimes physically demanding, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Pass the DOT physical.
