Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Autonomy Architecture team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing control systems for our launch vehicles. Your expertise will help us improve the efficiency and safety of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop control systems for launch vehicles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with other vehicle systems
  • Develop and implement automated design and testing processes
  • Work closely with our design teams to improve engineering efficiency and quality
  • Provide technical expertise and support to test teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in control systems design and development
  • Advanced knowledge of Simulink and Model-Based Design
  • Significant experience with control systems in aerospace or related fields
  • Strong engineering fundamentals in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, propulsion, and mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering leadership and mentorship experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with operations and testing of aerospace or similar vehicles

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $136,000 to $520,000, depending on location and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid parental leave and disability benefits.
