Job Overview:
As a Project Coordinator I, you will oversee and direct the activities and personnel involved in various projects, concentrating on several non-IT business applications and areas.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and direct all aspects of single or multiple, complex, mission-critical projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
2. Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
3. Develop and monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements, plans, processes, and tools.
4. Assign, guide, and monitor project team members to ensure project success.
5. Deliver effective project solutions to business challenges within established budgets and timelines.
6. Provide expert project guidance and support throughout the project duration, ensuring thorough tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management or equivalent experience in the Nutrition sector is preferred.
- Proficient in managing project supply chains, building schedules, conducting team meetings, taking minutes, managing timelines, and addressing project risks.
