Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Unifi Aviation, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of our airport facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of employees to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and enforce safe working habits, including adherence to OSHA/TSA/DOT/USPS regulations and Unifi policies.
  • Develop and implement shift schedules, including workstation assignments, employee training, and vacation planning.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary action, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with management and employees to resolve issues and improve operations.
  • Assist with payroll administration and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform job duties of assigned shift, including assisting passengers and resolving complaints.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or airport operations.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant supervisory experience preferred.
Working Conditions

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to moving vehicles and aircraft. May be required to work in cramped or high places and lift/carry/push/pull items weighing up to 70 pounds.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of Customer Agents and Leads to ensure the safe and effective operation of airport facilities.
