Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist - Woundcare and Ostomy

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Woundcare and Ostomy. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and skills in woundcare, ostomy, and continence care, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and education.

Job Summary:
  • Provides expert clinical care to patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence issues.
  • Develops and implements individualized care plans to promote optimal healing and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to integrate woundcare and ostomy services into patient care plans.
  • Provides education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on woundcare, ostomy, and continence care.
Responsibilities:
  • Conducts comprehensive assessments of patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence issues.
  • Develops and implements individualized care plans to promote optimal healing and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to integrate woundcare and ostomy services into patient care plans.
  • Provides education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on woundcare, ostomy, and continence care.
  • Serves as a resource and consultant for healthcare professionals on woundcare, ostomy, and continence care.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in woundcare and ostomy specialty.
  • Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) certification.
