Position Overview:

Job Details:
- Schedule: 2nd shift hours from 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift for 3-5 months.
- Compensation: $25-30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct emergency and unscheduled repairs on production machinery during operational hours, as well as perform routine maintenance during scheduled downtimes.
- Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills to address issues with packaging and production machinery.
- Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to execute necessary maintenance and service tasks.
- Maintain equipment through regular oiling, greasing, and coolant applications as needed.
- Operate forklifts and other basic loading/unloading equipment to manage machine components and materials.
Qualifications:
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving bending, squatting, standing for extended periods, pushing, reaching, and lifting.
- Dedication to delivering quality service.
- Exhibit a strong initiative, effort, and commitment to completing tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficient in reading and following instructions in English.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with valid work authorization.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
