SUPER73 is seeking an E-Commerce Merchandiser to enhance our E-commerce Revenue division. A key responsibility is to refine the online merchandising strategy for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal product placement and timing.

The ideal candidate must thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, maintaining high creative standards. This position requires a proactive individual who can execute projects effectively and collaborate within an entrepreneurial framework.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategically merchandise products within designated categories to enhance conversion rates and sales, aligning with marketing strategies and brand objectives.
  • Leverage comprehensive data, including consumer preferences, inventory levels, product margins, and shipping costs, to maximize profitability in the e-commerce sector.
  • Boost sales through effective upselling, cross-selling, catalog management, and the development of product-specific landing pages.
  • Formulate and manage online merchandising strategies to drive sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall profitability for specific SKUs and categories.
  • Utilize relevant analytics to report on online business trends and SKU performance, conducting competitive analyses to identify best practices and recommend actionable steps.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to fully understand all content initiatives (email, social media, display ads, search, digital integrations, etc.) that may drive traffic to the SUPER73 website.
  • Design landing pages that align with SUPER73's marketing initiatives while prioritizing the profitability of the e-commerce channel.
  • Facilitate both vertical and horizontal revenue growth across the product range.
  • Create strategic product plans that align with SUPER73's brand vision and product roadmap.
  • Oversee the complete product portfolio, including SKU tracking, channel priorities, exclusives, inventory management, and end-of-life decisions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in E-commerce consumer product sales and marketing.
  • Relevant background in B2C E-commerce merchandising and marketing within Outdoor Hardgoods, Apparel/Footwear, and Accessory categories.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through A/B testing, personalization tools, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience managing SKUs and categories across various website platforms, particularly Shopify Plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Shopify Plus and Google Marketing tools (analytics, shopping, ads).
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and strategic thinking.
  • Proven capability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and set clear expectations.
  • Collaborative mindset, working collectively towards common goals while supporting team members.
