  • Investigate and resolve production-related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, procedures, and training programs to ensure that production staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on production metrics, including quality, safety, and productivity, to ensure that targets are met and exceeded.
  • Provide guidance and support to production staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives, ensuring that they align with company-wide strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a production leadership role, with a strong background in Clean Room operations and management.
  • Proven track record of improving process efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex production-related issues.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and experience with implementing and maintaining quality management processes.
