Kona Medical Consulting is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Avenel, New Jersey. As a center-based autism services provider, we offer OT, ST, and ABA services at our center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments using standardized tools
  • Develop and implement individualized client programs
  • Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
  • Supervise ABA therapists and ensure treatment protocols are implemented
  • Train and consult with caregivers and other professionals

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Competence in supervising and developing ABA treatment programs for clients with ASD
  • Knowledge of BACB standards for supervision and ethical service delivery
  • Ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods
  • Collaboration skills with OTs and STs

Location:

Clinic only, with options for some hours via telehealth. Our clinic is located in Avenel, NJ.
