KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Development: Create and implement business development strategies to broaden our outreach, enhance referrals, and engage with the community.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for patient admissions and revenue growth.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Design promotional materials and campaigns that align with our business development objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct analyses to identify new opportunities and keep track of competitor activities.
  • Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders, serving as the representative of our centers.
  • Education and Outreach: Inform team members and referral sources about our services, industry changes, and clinical programs.
  • Industry Representation: Represent our centers at conferences, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our programs and services.
  • Coaching: Guide admissions and intake teams in achieving their goals and developing essential skills.
  • Growth Driver: Propel admissions, revenue, and program development through your creativity and determination.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and present key deliverables to leadership teams and external partners.
  • Advocacy: Promote addiction awareness, reduce stigma, and enhance access to quality care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A proven track record in business development within healthcare or addiction treatment, with at least 3 years in a strategic role.
  • Skills: A strong problem solver with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passion: A genuine commitment to our mission and a desire to make a difference.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and possess a valid driver's license.
