Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Culinary Restaurant Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our kitchen, ensuring smooth coordination between food preparation, cooking, and plating. The ideal candidate will have a people-first mentality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality and culinary execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver a phenomenal guest experience through exceptional service and quality food.
  2. Lead and inspire a team of talented individuals to build on our best-in-class culture.
  3. Develop top talent to drive business forward and foster career growth and cross-training for the team.
  4. BUILDING sales, profitability, and guest counts through effective management and leadership.
  5. Manage the P&L for the restaurant, forecasting, adjusting labor expenditures, practicing portion controls, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.
  6. Maintain a safe and healthy environment by establishing, following, and complying with sanitation standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years BOH management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
