Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an experienced Retail & Attractions Manager to oversee the strategic planning and development of our retail department. This role involves managing staff, ensuring operational objectives are met, and maximizing retail profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Oversee the operation of attractions, including management of inventory, tracking, and analysis
  • Manage labor, COS, and expense budgets to optimize efficiency and revenue
  • Lead a team of retail professionals, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate diverse groups to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
