This role involves delivering outstanding services to a school district, providing a valuable opportunity to collaborate with a team of professionals and positively influence the educational journey of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each student.
  • Work in partnership with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement strategies that foster student development.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assist in formulating IEP objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Active Massachusetts State SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Educator Credential: Specialist Teacher - Speech, Language, and Hearing Disorders (Initial or Professional Licenses).
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
