We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team at Gjelina Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries, following traditional and modern recipes.
- Manage your time effectively, taking regular breaks and reporting for duty on time.
- Collaborate with our chefs to create new and exciting desserts, using seasonal ingredients and presentation techniques.
- Restock and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by our chefs, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
