Nocturnal Acute Inpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Center. As a Nocturnal Acute Inpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor Patient Care Technicians, LVNs/LPNs, and RNs to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute dialysis nursing, with a focus on nocturnal care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and position patients, as well as perform other physical demands of the role.
