Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized nephrology care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver dialysis services to patients in various settings, including ICUs, CCUs, and EDs
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
- Work closely with PCTs to ensure seamless patient care
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- 1 year of on-the-job nursing experience (no dialysis experience required)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
