Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage acquisition processes across a comprehensive product line.
  • Facilitate coordination of products and tasks throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Prepare, configure, and review all Milestone documentation.
  • Assist in formulating contracting strategies, drafting necessary documents, and liaising with contracting authorities.
  • Engage in source selection boards and perform technical evaluations.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), testing events, reviews, and demonstrations.
  • Provide oversight for contracts related to assigned products.
  • Oversee program budget management and master scheduling.
  • Identify and analyze cost, schedule, and performance trade-offs.
  • Lead the preparation of Supply Requests Packages and manage product transitions.
  • Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Plans, and other relevant documents.
  • Collaborate with contracting personnel to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure configuration control is maintained.
  • Prepare risk mitigation plans for products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
  • Specialization in acquisition aligned with duty assignment (Program Management, Contracting, Logistics).
  • Equivalent experience or DAWIA Level II certification in the acquisition field, or PMP Certification.
  • Proven knowledge and skills in Product Life Cycle Management, Project Team Management, and acquisition documentation (including J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F), as well as familiarity with WAWF, iRAPT, cost analysis, Project Management, database management, GFEBS, DODI, and the Defense Acquisition System JCIDS.

Required Clearance:

  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret. Note that U.S. Citizenship is necessary to obtain a Secret Government Clearance.
