Position Summary

As a Field Operations Specialist, you will assist the management team with daily operational tasks related to our AvantStay properties in the assigned region. Your role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional guest experience through property audits, supply management, and prompt response to inquiries.

This position requires you to be located within a reasonable distance from our vacation rental properties and involves frequent travel to various locations within the area.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Reporting to the Area Manager and executing assigned routine and manual tasks as directed.
2. Conducting regular property inspections within your designated area to ensure adherence to AvantStay standards and regulations.
3. Managing inventory and stock supplies, ensuring that each property is equipped with the necessary items for efficient operation.
4. Addressing issues or requests via various communication channels, including emails, calls, texts, and internal messaging platforms, while providing excellent customer service and escalating matters to the Assistant Area Manager or Area Manager as needed.
5. Performing minor housekeeping or routine maintenance tasks, such as changing linens, moving furniture, assembling products, cleaning, and troubleshooting common issues.
6. Traveling frequently to different properties within the designated area to support operations and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods, as well as perform tasks requiring bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, carrying, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality and/or real estate is advantageous.
- Must reside within the designated area.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20, depending on skills and experience.
