The successful candidate will be responsible for generating district work plans and schedules that ensure resources are available to meet workload demands. Key Responsibilities * Generates district work plans and schedules to ensure resources are available to meet workload demands * Monitors current and future workload to ensure district plans and schedules maximize productivity, control costs, and meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) * Creates and maintains accurate short and long-term forecasting and staffing models to ensure effective utilization of distribution resources * Schedules and assigns procedures as required with internal and external crews * Works closely with various departments to track, schedule, and assign compliance and mandated program work to meet all compliance dates * Ensures that all projects are executed and closed out in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner and according to Company policy * Prepares weekly and monthly workload status reports for management Requirements * Requires working and technical knowledge of specific Distribution departmental activities, including construction standards, operating and maintenance procedures, and regulations related to Distribution field activity * Ability to use PC desktop applications, such as Microsoft Office, Work Management, and spreadsheets * Strong analytical skills and demonstrated skill in workload planning and resource allocation * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience * Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years in Gas Operations or related field What We Offer Eversource Energy offers a competitive total rewards program, including an annual salary range of $91,800 to $102,000, plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development. Working Conditions * Must be available to work emergency restoration assignments as required * Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary * This position is categorized as safety-sensitive for the purpose of drug testing. Successful applicants shall be subject to a pre-assignment drug test if the individual is currently in a non-safety-sensitive position. As an employee in this position, the individual shall be subject to random drug testing. A positive drug test will result in disciplinary action.
