{"Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Planner to join our team at Eversource Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating district work plans and schedules that ensure resources are available to meet workload demands. Key Responsibilities * Generates district work plans and schedules to ensure resources are available to meet workload demands * Monitors current and future workload to ensure district plans and schedules maximize productivity, control costs, and meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) * Creates and maintains accurate short and long-term forecasting and staffing models to ensure effective utilization of distribution resources * Schedules and assigns procedures as required with internal and external crews * Works closely with various departments to track, schedule, and assign compliance and mandated program work to meet all compliance dates * Ensures that all projects are executed and closed out in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner and according to Company policy * Prepares weekly and monthly workload status reports for management Requirements * Requires working and technical knowledge of specific Distribution departmental activities, including construction standards, operating and maintenance procedures, and regulations related to Distribution field activity * Ability to use PC desktop applications, such as Microsoft Office, Work Management, and spreadsheets * Strong analytical skills and demonstrated skill in workload planning and resource allocation * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience * Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years in Gas Operations or related field What We Offer Eversource Energy offers a competitive total rewards program, including an annual salary range of $91,800 to $102,000, plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development. Working Conditions * Must be available to work emergency restoration assignments as required * Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary * This position is categorized as safety-sensitive for the purpose of drug testing. Successful applicants shall be subject to a pre-assignment drug test if the individual is currently in a non-safety-sensitive position. As an employee in this position, the individual shall be subject to random drug testing. A positive drug test will result in disciplinary action.
