Position Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and committed individuals to fill the role of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at Total Care ABA. In this position, you will collaborate with clients under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your duties will encompass delivering direct support, executing behavior intervention strategies, and aiding clients in skill acquisition to improve their overall quality of life.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies developed by the BCBA
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in various environments such as home, educational settings, or community
  • Document and monitor client progress and behaviors using established methods
  • Support clients in developing and mastering skills across different areas
  • Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive behaviors
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB
  • Preferred experience with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of ABA principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
