  • Set up and operate manual lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality components
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC mill and lathe to meet demanding production schedules
  • Work from drawings, instructions, blueprints, or measurements to ensure accurate and precise results
  • Select appropriate machines and settings to complete assignments efficiently and effectively
  • Responsible for following all safety regulations and complying with SOPs, DEEP, OSHA, FDA, and cGMPs
  • Attend in-house training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
  • Additional tasks as directed by management
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Excellent coordination and mechanical skills to operate complex machinery
  • Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and repairs in a factory environment
  • CNC and manual machining experience to produce high-quality components
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety to ensure quality and compliance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
  • Proficient in math to perform calculations and measurements
  • Basic computer skills to operate software and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to move equipment and materials
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience with production machinery troubleshooting and repair
  • Experience working with machine tools and mechanical assembly
  • CNC and manual machining experience
  • Working knowledge of safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Apprenticeship or vocational training preferred
