At United Therapeutics, we're committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a Product Manager - Patient Marketing, you'll play a critical role in shaping our patient engagement strategies and delivering impactful projects that drive our brand forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute patient marketing plans that empower patients and drive our brand forward
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal execution and delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Lead tactical efforts from conception to delivery, including CRM, Patient Support programs, display advertising, SEM, and Paid Social Media
  • Assist with the development of annual marketing plans, including brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and tactics
  • Determine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for owned tactics and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing to patients
  • Experience with digital tactics such as social, web, and paid media
  • Experience with CRM development, execution, and measurement
