Product Manager

At United Therapeutics, we're committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a Product Manager - Patient Marketing, you'll play a critical role in shaping our patient engagement strategies and delivering impactful projects that drive our brand forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute patient marketing plans that empower patients and drive our brand forward
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal execution and delivery of marketing initiatives
- Lead tactical efforts from conception to delivery, including CRM, Patient Support programs, display advertising, SEM, and Paid Social Media
- Assist with the development of annual marketing plans, including brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and tactics
- Determine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for owned tactics and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing to patients
- Experience with digital tactics such as social, web, and paid media
- Experience with CRM development, execution, and measurement
