  • Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in the collection, interpretation, formulation, and presentation of data to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Sentinel Event and Root Cause Analysis: Assist in the investigation and analysis of sentinel events and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain the strictest confidentiality and adhere to the ethical code of conduct of the professional organization and the ACC Corporate Compliance Program.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in a Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum two years related mental health experience preferred.
