Patient Services Representative Float

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative Float to join our team at Community Health Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service to patients regarding their accounts, including setting up payment plans and answering billing questions.
- Process referrals to specialty care, dieticians, radiology exams, and community resources.
- Contact patients to schedule appointments and ensure copays and deductibles are adjusted based on their sliding fee level.
- Review and verify sliding fee paperwork for completeness and accuracy in electronic health records and practice management systems.
- Float to other clinics as needed to support patient care and administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in a medical front office setting or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
