Patent Prosecution Attorney

Patent Attorney Qualifications: A minimum of 5+ years of solid patent prosecution experience is required. This position is for a patent attorney with a strong technical background in EE, Computer Science, or equivalent technical areas. A proven track record of business development is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess exceptionally strong technical and writing skills. At least one state bar license, a USPTO patent bar registration, and good standing are required.
Patent Agent/Engineer Qualifications: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution with in-depth technical knowledge in at least one of the following fields: telecommunications (4G, LTE, 5G), network infrastructures (e.g., TCP/IP protocols, UDP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, etc.), blockchain architectures, artificial intelligence, or integrated circuits/processors. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess exceptionally strong technical and writing skills. A USPTO patent bar registration is required.
